Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellations
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to add products, cancel, edit, or adjust anything to the order after it has been submitted.
Returns
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund for items purchased through the dazzlingpuzzles.com website that are damaged or broken upon arrival with photo proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.
Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued for dazzlingpuzzles.com orders if the product was purchased within 30 days of the receipt. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
